Dear Neighbor,
Our recreational areas and open green spaces in Sun City Center, and specifically the North Lakes course, are under threat of residential re-development by ClubLink and 13th Floor Homes. To stop this, we must band together and speak with one unstoppable voice. SaveSCC is ready to fight for our community, but we need you to register your household today to make our representation of you official and secure County status.
Why Your Registration Matters
- Official County Status: Registering enables SaveSCC to earn designation from Hillsborough County Neighborhood Relations as a Certified Neighborhood Organization. This grants us special status and automatic priority notices on all zoning and land-use matters.
- A Seat at the Table: Your registration gives SaveSCC the legal standing to represent you and speak on behalf of the whole community at public hearings, on the public record, and in court proceedings regardin gour golf courses.
- Power in Numbers: The County requires at least 50% of SCC households to register for certified status. Exceeding this threshold proves overwhelming community opposition to county officials and developers.
Please note: Even if you have registered before August 2026 for our emails or petition, it is essential that you complete this Resident Authorization form for us to obtain legal standing.
How to Register Immediately
- Option 1: Online (Strongly Preferred)
Visit SaveSCC.org and click on the dark green button labeled “Submit Resident Authorization” or scan the QR code on our materials. Registering online is quick, accurate, and saves our volunteer team from manually processing forms. - Option 2: Paper Registration Form
You can pick up and submit a paper form at the Sun City Center Security Patrol office (1225 N Pebble Beach Blvd), the Sun City Center Emergency Squad (720 Ray Watson Dr), or at a SaveSCC event like our Second Saturday Open Houses (10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Oct 10, Nov 14, and Dec 12 in the Armstrong Room, 953 North Course Ln). Completed forms can be deposited at these sites or mailed to:
