Hillsborough County Commissioners stop proposed
housing redevelopment of Pebble Creek Golf Club
In a convincing 5-2 vote on July 18, 2023, the Board of Commissioners of Hillsborough County turned down a proposed rezoning and subsequent housing redevelopment of the Pebble Creek Golf Club, a golf course that was closed two years ago and is centrally positioned in the Pebble Creek community, located northeast of Tampa in unincorporated Hillsborough County.
