Ellie’s Notes: Let’s Reach Our 50% Goal Together!

Happy Friday, Sun City Center!

Don’t forget that tomorrow is Save SCC 2nd Saturday, and it’s the perfect opportunity to come out, catch up with neighbors, and take care of an essential community priority: Resident Authorization so Save SCC can become a County certified Neighborhood Organization to speak for the community

If you haven’t submitted your authorization yet, please take a moment to do so tomorrow. Authorizing every household is critical for our community protection, ensuring we meet party of interest requirements and protect our community’s future.

Here is where we stand as of earlier this morning:

  • Residents Registered: 785
  • Households Registered: 684
  • Total Households: 6,647
  • 50% Requirement: 3,324 households

We currently have 684 CA households accounted for, meaning we need 2,640 more households to hit our 50% minimum threshold. Every single authorization form counts! Let’s show everyone how we feel about protecting our green spaces!

How to get it done tomorrow:

  • Stop by our table at 2nd Saturday tomorrow morning—we’ll have forms ready and volunteers on hand to assist you in filling them out on the spot.
  • If you are unable to make it in person, you can complete your authorization online at SAVESCC,ORG through the resident portal or complete your physical form at the Emergency Squad or the Security Patrol offices during normal business hours. Or download, print, complete and mail the Resident Authorization form that you received as an attachment to the Ellie’s Notes email distribution.

If you’ve already registered—thank you!

Please help us spread the word by asking your neighbors if they’ve submitted theirs yet. Let’s make a strong push together and increase these numbers.

Hope to see you tomorrow at 2nd Saturday, 10 am to 12 noon:

Armstrong & Heritage Rooms, 951 & 953 North Course Ln on the Main SCC Campus.

Warmly,

Ellie Anderson
