Sun City Center is special because of its scenic beauty, open green spaces, and strong neighborhood feel. All of that is now at risk, and we need your help to protect it.

The Issue

ClubLink is seeking zoning changes that would allow additional homes to be built in Sun City Center. If this moves forward, it would bring:

• Greater strain on our already limited water infrastructure
• Worse traffic on streets that are already stretched past capacity
• Permanent loss of our open green spaces and natural landscape

How You Can Help

We need dedicated volunteers to raise awareness across the community and protect the neighborhood we all love. Whether you can give a few hours a week or lend a hand at specific events, your time makes a direct difference. The work is rewarding, and keeping our community pristine takes all of us working together.

You can help by signing up for one of three opportunities:

• Work Groups: Standing groups dedicated to ongoing tasks in areas such as stormwater management, legal, and technology.
• Special Projects: Focused, limited-duration initiatives with specific, defined objectives.
• Neighborhood Captains: A vital outreach role engaging the community across its 130 POA and non-association areas.
